Roofing Assessment

After careful consideration the Board of Directors has approved a 3-year roofing plan. After our first phase, we able to get another estimate for Phase two, as seen below. This is a plan to resolve deferred maintenance of roofs on buildings and garages.

Our second Roofing Special Assessment will be due April 5th, 2023 and will be $1,800 per unit.
