Current Projects/Plans

Current 1-3 year plan includes :

  1. Replacement of gutters that are leaking, gutter clean out, addition of new gutters where applicable

  2. Replace all 18 building roofs and corresponding garages

  3. Replacement of concrete walkways, reduction of trip hazards

Current 3–7-year plans includes:

  1. Fencing the perimeter of the property with chain-link fence

  2. Sprinkler system replacement; may be completed over multiple years due to size and complexity of system

  3. Replacement and repairs of common area driveways
