HOA Dues

Dues at this time are $300.00 monthly
- . They are paid between the 1st and 15th of each month. Dues after the 15th of the month will incur a $25.00 late fee each month until the balance is paid.
This DOES pay for water, sewer, and garbage. Each resident is responsible for their own electric.
